Summertime. The time of year when mother nature is at her most glorious bursting forth into a profusion of colors and shapes to please the eyes!! The butterfly flower, also known as the poor man’s orchid looks like a child’s pinwheel with its kaleidoscope of colors. This suncatcher looks stunning in a window and would catch the eye of any passerby! Made of streaky orangish-golds and rust glass. Each piece of glass was hand cut, copper foiled, soldered and finished with a copper patina and polished to a high shine.
